In the outdoor community, the ritual of purchasing a small stamp once a year is an exercise unique to waterfowlers. It symbolizes the beginning of a new year. A chance to kill a few more birds (or beers) than the year before.

If you're anything like us, then you love seeing the new stamp and each year plan to “start saving them this year” but by the end of the season the stamp has been crumpled beyond recognition, only seeing the light of day that time, “The Man” was waiting at the truck.
